There’s never a shortage of birthdays to celebrate around here. I’ve been itching to start sewing through my fun must-make list after spending most of the year on new patterns that are coming up. And if there’s anything I like to sew, it’s small and fun little gifts. These tiny coin pouches ended up being something I had to try! I used Rashida Coleman Hale‘s Snappy Coin Purse tutorial for these two cuties. I think they make such a useful gift!
They’re super quick to make but do require a bit of hand sewing. It’s nothing that should deter you though! They’re just that cute. It’s a very satisfying sew because you can use small scraps of fabric and finish within a short amount of time. I love projects like that, they’re great for in between large projects.
I really enjoyed digging around in my stash for these, making sure to pick something that each birthday girl would enjoy. I think they’ll like them, and now that my daughter spotted them, I suppose I’ll be making at least one more for her. 🙂
